We use Veriff to verify your identity online and prevent anyone from opening the account on your behalf.
🌱 Have a valid ID ready
Your passport, ID card or residence permit will usually do the trick. Make sure your ID is not expired or physically damaged.
🌱 Use a working camera with a decent internet connection
Newer smartphones and mobile devices tend to have great cameras, so they're definitely the best option when you want to get verified.
🍃 If your laptop has a decent webcam, it can work as well. Just select "Continue with your current device" on the bottom of Let's get you verified screen.
🍃 If you started the process from a computer and have issues with the QR code or SMS link, you can also pass the verification using only your mobile device. Simply open https://www.grunfin.com on your mobile browser, log in to your account and continue from there.
🌱 Allow access to your camera and microphone
You should see a popup message asking to give temporary access to your camera and microphone to complete the verification. If you don't see a popup, you can allow the access manually from browser settings, see instructions here.
