A lock-up period is an additional option in the investment plan to tie investments with the length of employment. Your company contributes to the investment plan on a monthly basis, Grünfin invests and the employee sees the investments at any point in time, but receives the investments only after an agreed period of time.

In this way, the investment plan can be used as an alternative to option scheme.
