What do I do if my Direct Debit payment hasn’t arrived?

Normally, it can take up to one week for your Direct Debit payment to be processed.

If you have set up monthly deposits via Direct Debit, we will initiate the pull in the beginning of each month, usually on the 5th.

Normally, it can take up to one week for your SEPA Direct Debit payment to be processed. However, your first payment through a SEPA Direct Debit can take up to two weeks to reach us.
